The file structure is pipe-delimited and looks like this:

last name|full name|0 or 1 where 1=student|0 or 1 where 1=member|company or school|contact info|food choice|cost|pre-pay|timestamp
The submitted form will overwrite the old version. Head count will increase by 1 unless you go to the end of the file and delete any blank lines.
Leave the cursur at the end of the last entry.
